Every time I sign into account.elderscrollsonline.com, I am always prompted with a message pop-up:

ACCOUNT PROTECTION

You've logged into Elderscrollsonline.com from a new device or browser. For your security, we've sent a special access code to your registered email address. To verify that you're the owner of this account, please enter the access code below.

For your security, you'll need to grant access to this computer by entering the access code we've sent to your email.

ACCESS CODE: ....

I never sign in with a new device or browser!
The access code can sometimes take a while to be emailed!

    I keep getting this too.I also get it ingame when I try to sign in,and have to go to my email and get the code.

    How long do you have to wait for the access code to be emailed?
    I usually get it half an hour later, but tonight I have waited much longer.

    On the log in page, there is a little house icon. Be sure to select that to let the game know, that you are using your home location. It will then remember that location and you should not have to verify the location each time.

    Sometimes it takes a few minutes,but mostly it is there before I can go to my email.
