Question about removal of VR system

I have been wonder about what will be happen to stats we get now each time we get a new VR lvl well that be remove when VR system get remove or do we get all those 16 point when we hit lvl 50???

    I forgot exactly how it's going to work, but you will gain a certain amount of skill points every 10 levels to make up the difference lost from removing vet ranks.
