Guest Exploit Fix Please

Daggerfall Covenant guilds have been coming in hordes to guest on Haderus which lets them both zerg heavy and get the low population resource bonus. This feels broken and has happened consistently every week for the last few weeks.

Can a ZOS dev at least comment on whether or not this is intentional?

Guest campaign's are intentional. You get 1 home 1 guest. Why did you @ all these people, none of which have anything to do with pvp and one of them is a mod i think.

Not an exploit unless there's something you're not saying. It's working exactly as intended. You could argue that you do not agree with the intention but that does not make it an exploit.

The problem I'm talking about is that Guest's on a server aren't counted towards that servers population when the game is handing out the low population bonus. There are several large guilds from Daggerfall Covenant that come guest on Haderus which creates a very powerful zerg force AND they're getting 2x the amount of resources because they have the "low population" bonus.

This has been detrimental for PvP on Haderus for the other factions. Who wants to keep playing on a server where another faction has an enormous zerg running around taking everything and getting double the resource points for it? No one. So most people will usually respond by going to sewers or straight up leaving and that serves to compound the problem because now that zerg isn't getting much resistance.
