Per the patch notes 2.3.8:

Miscellaneous
General
Fixed an issue where your game could crash specifically using Windows 10.

Is this just 32-bit or 64-bit? What's the issue?

I'm hoping it was what was causing the 64-bit client on my system to crash randomly for whatever reason.

It is about the 64-bit client. It conflicted with an dependance issue with the Universal Apps 64-bit edition.

I can't wait to test this @ home. I'm so tired of crashing. I'm using the x86 client because the sound anomalies drive me nuts.

Might be, the 64 bit client was rock solid on my Windows 7 machine. Until the sound issues appeared.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
