This needs to stop. Cyrodil needs to be player cap balanced once and for all.

The unbalanced amount of players in a campaign is ridiculous, this unfair zerging has got to stop. ZOS, you need to take a page out of Blizzards WOW game, and turn Campaigns into more of a Battlegrounds style. Only an even amount of players should be allowed in an campaign at once. Being out numbered by a zerg 3 to 1 is not an experience anyone I have talked to has enjoyed in this game. @Wrobel @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_RichLambert @ZOS_Finn

It is bad enough playing a campaign with little opposition - now you suggest that players in active alliances should be prevented from playing at all? I'd be firing up the family lawyer to question ZOS on denying me the ability to even play a game I have subscribed to...

The best way to achievebalance would be to generate alliance pride in players and provide incentives for winning a campaign. It is the players that need changed, not restrictive mechanics.

Well I don't really think it's ZoS fault that people of your faction decided to farm cracked wood cave or sewers instead of fighting. They can only provide incentives for people to fight there, they can't force them, that would only create problems not solve them. Start up a organized PvP guild with TS requirement, get a organized steamroll raid going and show them who is boss. If they can do it, why can't you? Even one organized raid can make a world of a difference.

Also... campaign change is a good option too if you are unhappy in your current one...
