Today is Serpent 13 and the stars foretell of chaos and ill omen. Even the least superstitious caravan merchants from around Tamriel are taking heed and offering discounts on goods considered to be unlucky or tied to the occult. Their discounts are your gains—if you dare.

Well that's somewhat annoying as I purchased both the Evening Dress and Scamp at full price as they had "1 Day Left" showing on the EU servers and after asking in multiple threads there was no confirmation on whether items would have discounts or not.

Feel a little cheated out of those crowns considering it seems the items in question (scamp and evening dress) were not removed 1 day later.

keep this up zos we need stuff like this periodically..it will increase sales for you...even if its like 4 times a year. its nice to see some items on sale even though i already had all of them...heres hoping you guys will bring back the mounts from last year around xmas for a flash sale or something...i really want that polar bear and narsis guar mount and would love to get a second chance at the mind shriven mount.

Unless they've gone back on it, there are "no plans" to offer the Green Narsis separately.

Lovely. I was actually playing earlier - no notice just the regular pop-up, but no indication
of "Sale". Didn't KNOW there was a sale till I JUST logged into FB and saw a post.

I don't understand ZOS/Bethesda - you can send me multiple eMails telling me/us you're
selling T-shirts or that it's the last day/chance for <insert Bethsoft item here> - but you're
too clueless to generate incremental revenue by actually MAILING users/players and making
sure they KNOW there's a SALE so they can SPEND MONEY?

@ZOS_GinaBruno - can you possibly explain this to me/us?

@FreyjaFX they did send out emails for this. It was noted on the bottom of the email about the Black Camel of Ill Omen. Emails went out on the 12th.

@Turelus - Indeed you are correct - I just checked. Of course, it was "hidden" under the Black Camel pix,
which, as I viewed it on my mobile, was the only thing I saw, and having shelled out for the
TG "collector's" pack, I wasn't interested in another Camel!

so I missed it. I'd say "My Bad"!
But, having run marketing organisations, and knowing how people are using mobiles more
than ever, esp. for eMail, I'd have sent out a separate eMail OR made the header/subject line
correctly reflect the message, "Come BUY overpriced stuffs at 50% off!!" - I do think that the
crafting motifs are insane at 5000 crowns!

Selling gold mats yet? I have 70 more alloys to buy and I'm not getting any from refining. You sell tri-pots which I buy frequently, why not legendary mats?

Pretty sure that would cause a riot. The tri-pots are sold because they're not as strong as the player made ones.

I understand but being able to buy something already farmable in game isn't exactly P2W, like Maelstrom Weapons that would be P2W. The way I see it, it's more money for ZOS and allows players like me who can't play everyday to be competitive, at a price.

I've been here since beta and I've only ever had 1 set made legendary. Kinda says it all.

The discounts should have stayed for the week end. Bad decision on their part I think many people missed it.

Same thing happened to me. I purchased the evening dress 'cuz the counter for it (and the scamp) weren't the same as the others. When the discontinued items were moved to the featured sections and counters were put on them, all said 30 days (or whatever) while the evening dress and scamp said 7 days. I suspect it was somehow a coding error, since they clearly had these two coded to go on a 50% sale on the 13th. So, it said 7 days for them, 'cuz in 7 days they were going to go on a 50% sale. They're still up in the store, with their counters the same as the others now.

Not going to complain about 350 Crowns, but it's a little annoying to have been mislead (even if it was accidental). But, on the bright side, I picked up 3 pets for 900 Crowns!
