Just WHY am I unable to make ESO forced 64bit?

We life in an era that uses 64bit technology, but when I try to force ESO into this, the game simply won't launch, giving a AuthError.
Seriously?

Ok, if you're running into the 0xc000007b error, please download this update from Microsoft (the new Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package), then manually launch ESO64.exe.

No, a small popup saying AuthError.
