Submitted a ticket and it worked. Thanks for the suggestions people, honestly I wouldn't have attempted it, I assumed it was gone for good.

✭Yes I'm one of those who when deconstructing I go on auto pilot and normally I don't delete the wrong items... I've deleted a few nirnhoned items for research without getting the trait back by accident, nothing to cry about but this one I was really gutted about.
I'm really grateful it was "restored" (their words) from the email I got.
Really looking forward to next Dlc so we can prevent these things from happening again lol.Xbox one EU
