They will stack! However, there is a Major/Minor system in place you need to always keep in mind when building a character.

For example, if you use Boundless Storm, one of the buffs you gain is "Major Expedition". If you activate Rapid Maneuvers afterward, you will gain two "Major Expedition" buffs, but still only recieve 30% increased movement speed.

You cannot stack the same Major or minor buff with itself.

You can stack a Major and Minor version of the same buff.

So with Boundless Storm and Immovable, you would gain increased Armor/Spell Resistance, movement speed, and immovability. However, you will only gain as much Armor/Spell Resistance as if you had activated one of these skills since the Major buffs will not stack.
