Armor/Weapon Set Crafting
Just a quick question
Can I make an Armor or Weapon set at lower levels or do I have have to be a certain vet level to craft a set?
for example Death's Wind do I NEED to be a certain level to craft it or do I just need to know the traits (Make a Death's Wind set at level 45 assuming I have the traits?)
