For Magica High elf,Breton,Dunmer
Of your not sure which one to choice between stamina NB and Magica a Dark Elf is the perfect choice since you have a bonus to Max Magica and Stamina.So you can switch back and forth no problem.0 -

Most class skills are magicka based on every class. As a stam nb you'll have plenty of choices between class skills, fg, and weapons.Flapjack Palmdale
