Questions of a returning Stam NB

I've been out for a while, and I'm pretty sure this answer lies somewhere on this forum, but to make it easier, can someone answer me theses questions for a bosmer stam WW NB:
1) for sewers/PVP is engine guardian, hundings, Nighmother and agility still the best set?
2) attributes still full Stamina?
3) Bow bar - Poison Injection, Draining shot, focused aim, double take, dark cloak, soul tehter / 2h bar - ambush, surprise attack, executioner, mass hysteria, rally, flawless dawnbreaker - is this build still efficient ?

1.Not the best but still pretty good set to run.
2.Yes full stam.
3.Yes its very affect but more people like the other morph of Draining shot better the one that have the knock back.

You'll need vigor on one of your bars. Maybe replace one of your bow skills.
Replace double take with shuffle
Change the dark cloak morph to crit cloak

Apart that, it's fine.

Though check out the new gear there's some good pvp sets that have jewellery now such as marksmen.

For more easily accessible gear, 5 pc Hundings, 3/4 piece Nightmothers, 3 pc Robust Agility.

Ideal would probably be 5 piece Hunding, 1 Piece Bloodspawn, 1 pc Kena, 3 Robust agility, Maelstrom Sharpened 2H and Bow
