Should dungeons and pvp rewards have a chance to drop legendary gear?

So the main concern comes from being able to get hold of legendary materials, right now they are behind a barrier suitable for farmers, crafting farmers actually. So the question I have, why don't we get legendary gear drops from dungeons? Sure it could be a low drop chance and come in a random trait but to me it doesn't make sense we get everything but legendary gear drops this can also apply to pvp rewards of the worthy.
Maw of lorkhaj is a great step in the right direction with dropping gold gear from the final chest but it would be great to possibly get that for gear too and a low drop chance but in every dungeon
It's becoming too much of a strain for those who raid barely making profits or being forced to farm, I think it would be a great addition to the game and a healthy addition to the economy which as of now is incredibly bad

✭✭✭✭✭Sounds like a fantastic idea. It doesn't have to be a huge drop chance, maybe 2% - 5% chance of any epic item being legendary instead, but even a small chance adds some excitement to the otherwise boring purple stuff all over the place.0 -

You have to be way up on the leaderboards but if your in the top 2% legendary jewelry isn't rare obviously that isn't easy but you shouldn't be handed gold items. If it we're easier to get gold items from actually doing content over farming, farming wouldn't exist as it's more boring.0 -
