Armour Glyphs

Hi all

I'm a stam-stacking medium armour-wearing v9 Imperial NB PvEer and a random thought occurred to me this evening. Am I better using armour glyps that add to max stam or use glyphs the reduce stam cost or improve recovery? Should I mix it up?

I've also wondered is it worth sticking some health glyphs in there?

I'm no enchanter so I rely on drops and vendors at the moment.

for pve... generally there is a specific amount of health that a dps needs to get in order to be surviveable enough. This might be just enough to survive a particular AoE fight in a boss fight etc. I don't know what that amount currently is. Once you reach that health amount, my general belief is put everything else into maxxing your dps stat. Increasing the max increases the damage, but increases the regen does not, so normally I would value a max increase over a regen when possible. As far as whether you obtain the health you need through re-allocating skill points, food, or changing enchantments, it doesn't really matter.

Depends, if you find yourself lacking hp and dieing too quick perhaps invest in some health glyphs. If you find yourself burning through your stam too quickly try some lower cost glyphs, me personally i went all max stamina & weapon damage on my jewellery and get my health from food, for me it works but for you it may not. If your ps4 EU i could craft some for you. If not id say join a guild and get a guildie to make you some glyphs, there far superior to anything that drops.

Xbox EU but cheers anyway mate. I've been doing pretty much what you have, max stam and health from food.

Oh hold on, just realised something; I can't enchant armour with reduce-cost glyphs, just jewelry? I cant remember right now.

Yes its jewellery for reduce/regen/damage amd armour for maxing. Iv got 19700 hp buffed and it does fine, i believe this will suffice for most conten with the exception of the 2 imperial city dingeons which if i recall require around 22k hp. But i also make my own potions that give me both stam and heath which helps me with regen

Sustained DPS is a balancing act between weapon/spell damage and regen/cost. Get either too low and your DPS will suffer.
