I'm not sure what the problem is really, there are just some icons which don't seem to work. The ones I mentioned above work fine for me (this is on PC using the gamepad interface), but I tried some gear icons and they just came up with a blank box, as you said. I'm not sure how to determine which ones will actually "work".

For small icons use 110:110 for the loading screen ones try 680:680
