Does reflected plate effect burning heart passive?

Quick question:
Does like inhale or dark talons have any effect on this passive during the duration?

Talons does and I would assume inhale as well since it does take like 2.5 seconds. In fact every skill there while active even if it's 4 seconds will give you the burning heat passive

Yea I try to make an argument on which ones is better plated or the other morph. I use the plated one cause it gives more spell resistance and having spell resistance is good cause they passive for light armor has Spell Penetration.
