Ayrenn is a Naive Adolescent child Queen with no prior experience of her role, and High King Emeric had it right when he made this exact sentiment. She is completely unfit to rule over much of her kingdom, and we all know that the majority of the decisions behind her throne are made by Razum-dar, who is a far more capable leader, but who does not like the spotlight.

Also, being smart enough to surround herself with smart, competent people is hardly the mark of an unfit ruler; rather the contrary.

Whereas Emeric is sexist, hypocritical, and left the good people of Craglorn to the mercies of the Celestial Serpent. To say nothing of how easily peer-pressured he seems to be; we'd just end up with another Varen with him on the throne. And let's not forget, even his own allies don't trust him!

The Queen may be young, but she is wise beyond her years and her Dominion will leave its legacy in the pages of history when the Covenant has been long forgotten.

Youth and inexperience has absolutely zero bearing on her potential to be an amazing monarch. This is proved completely true when she entered the Orrery (as said above) in which the very essence of the Pact chose her as the rightful ruler and she had the strength to see it and leave unharmed.

She has also proved time and again to make the best decisions possible and unite all the clans of wood elves and Khajiit, unify the Altmer and purge the islands of its inherent racism. She forgives when it is best to forgive, and condemns when there is no other choice.

And as said above again, she surrounds herself with incredibly capable, loyal and clever individuals who have a lot of experience, to help guide her on her way.

And being young, she takes an extremely active interest and partakes in most of the events in the storyline.

Emeric seems pretty lame compared to her.

Hey kids don't fight! These characters are fictional! I will tell you a little secret. We log on, see enemies, kill them. These enemies are controlled by other players throughout the globe. Then when there are no enemies left, we log off. We go to bed. And next day in the morning we go to school !

Debating isn't fighting.
But it does go to show that this game's characters were written well if it causes such debates (or fights) by people taking sides in a fictional setting.
