Can we PLEASE get a detailed explanation of what is happening to the existing gear sets currently available at v14 from the Cyrodil vendors?
Are they disappearing entirely?
Will they be scaled to v16?

If this wasn't intentional they would have said so by now, as they've already been called out in multiple threads for going back on what they said they would do regarding these sets. Unfortunate, but it's ZOS, you should know how to speak ZOS by now.3 -

✭Many of the sets are being reworked and will be introduced in DLC. There are literally hundreds of sets that are being given a face lift so to speak. On the positive side ZOS seems to be willing to not only update these older sets but are willing to make this a continuing process over time to update all of them.
The real questing is this will they be adding jewelry to the sets that never had any or weapons for that matter. This is going to be more important especially for IC sets.0 -
Dreyloch✭✭✭✭✭From what I saw on PTS, the current Elite Vendor will sell bags only. No more armor sets as it is on live now. Same for all the other vendors around that spot. The bags however still contain the same stuff (in blue)we get from rewards of the worthy on live right now, with a "chance" to get purples. An awful change imo if that goes to live.
What needs to be done is update the gear those vendors used to have (including jewelry) based upon the level of the toon buying it. I forget how much AP was asked atm, but they could double it, and it might be worth it if updated Ravagers etc. were possible to get.
