While waiting to maintenance end want to ask why in game called The Elder SCROLLS Online reward for capturing the scroll is poor 750AP?
Few days back i fist time picked scroll and delivered it back so was thinking the reward will be better for the actual person who capture the scroll, but not i got same AP amount as person who had the quest active and hiding in other side of map. The AP amount should be at last 2k maybe even more also you can complete only 2 scroll quests per day and the question is why?

Capturing a scroll should not be a solo effort.

But I agree the reward is laughable, yes there is buffs, but it could be so much better.

I'm still confused why there isn't an achievement for placing a scroll.

There is an achievement for dying to slaughterfish. Apparently this is more notable than capturing an elder scroll and running it across cyrodiil to deliver to a castle.

This has always bothered me too.

And I think all the little AP quests need reworks. The rewards are laughable, and they don't properly incentivize coordinated map play.

It's curious why they weren't doubled or something when everything else was boosted in TG update.

You should take a look at this idea, definitely something needs to be done along the lines of an achievement as well as a better reward for the person who turns it in.

Ive probably run 50 scrolls in my time in ESO, every one of them feels like a chore id rather not do, but I happen to be pretty good at running them so I always get stuck as the carrier.

I tell you the effort it not worth the reward, and while I always give zone 2 minutes for the quest, i rarely ever bother asking for it myself. 750 ap is a pittance for the 5-10 minutes it took to traverse the map, nonwithstanding the effort it may have taken to get the damn thing or the resistance while running with it.

Besides, they devalued the points on them to 1 or 2 (depending on if enemy or home, respectively) and the buffs are so meager since champion dropped that they arent even noticeable.

The scrolls need a complete overhaul, AP is only the start.

Scroll quest should give 7500 AP, minimum. There should be bonus AP for a quick return, like say double that for getting it from Point A to point B within 10-15 minutes (curbing scroll farming and trolling)

Scroll buffs should be doubled, the home two should actually have buffs (they currently do not, despite many others beliefs to the contrary, only enemy scrolls actually give you a buff)

Scroll points to campaign scoreboard should be no less than five times that of any other objective (example: a home keep is worth 2 points, a home scroll should be worth 10, an enemy keep worth 1, an enemy scroll worth 5, etc)

Scrolls are irrelevant. The only thing that matters as far as "rewards" are concerned is being in the top 2% and winning the campaign for a chance at gold jewelry. Even that....is marginally important. The important thing about PvP is to have fun - win more than you lose - and make enough AP to support all of your potion/food needs.

It should give a dye/achievement/Hermes boots/something. I think the reward should be a one time thing though, cause I could see how exploiting AP gains or what not could really run wild if capping scrolls was a source for that.
