Sunburnt_Penguin✭✭✭✭✭Assuming you don't have have Molag Kena & Maelstrom and can obtain the below, this is my preferred set-up for a Bow build for the most damage:
1x Alchemist on 2H
1x Marksman on Bow
4x Alchemist on body
3x Marksman on body
1x Marksman jewellery
2x Leki's jewellery
8% from Marksman will deal more damage than HRage on any Bow attack >4,000 damage. Also, try and put as many large stamina requiring abilities on your Bow bar as possible, obviously not limiting performance.
If you can't get Alchemist then go with:
1x HRage on 2H (HRage is preferable but if it's purely for buffing then anything will do)
1x HRage on Bow
4x HRage on body
5x Marksman on body and jewellery
Now have all of your large stamina requiring abilities on your buff bar.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I tried this set for a few weeks and was not happy with the results . It just didn't provide enough support for other abilities besides bow . Bow is a good second weapon but still not great as a main weapon . I went back to HR and NM .0 -

✭✭5 marksman also gives reduce cost in general, witch is nice and noticable actually. Im at 1300 ish stam regen with that set combined with hundings, and the 5% reduce cost on that, make my stam sustain very good actually.
I also are cp capped.PC, EU server, Ebonheart Pact

5 Marksman is the best I've seen for a primary bow build due to the 8% buff and the 5% reduced costs also helps stamina management.
That being said, running a few Marksman on a non-bow build with a good set like HRage gives you 2x recovery which I'd take over crit and damage on NMGaze any day for non-ganking play.
