Provisioning writ glitch?

I've been doing all my writs consistently for a while now... and my provisioning is still at package 7 and not 10. anyone else getting this? id really like to be able to EVENTUALLY get another ambrosia fragment. since ive gotten only 1. ever. from this.

    I may not be understanding correctly, but are you saying that you are receiving "Provisioner's Pack VII" for completing your provisioning writ? If so, that is the highest tier available.

    If you mean Fragments, I'm sure they have been messed with. I have multiple provisioner alts and do the writs daily and nothing for months.

    It is based on the number of skill points you need to invest in that craft to create max level items. Provisioning has 6 tiers under "Recipe Improvement" - to create food/drink up to Level 19, Level 29, Level 39, Level 49, Level VR5, and Level VR15. But there is a 7th tier of writ rewards because max level crafters deliver to different places depending on whether you own Orsinium or not.

    I've been basically doing 3 every day (1x v16 and 2x L40) since January (~360 writs) and only ever had one from a L40. Luckily a couple of friends sent me 3 so I only have 3 to go but I just cba spending ~60-70k as it just completely eats in to Ambrosia margins.

    If you wanna max out provisioning, it easy, just make food and drinks. The higher level the better. I got an alt yesterday from lvl 30 to 45 in about 5 minutes.
