Im just looking for some clarification to why my account is suspended? And, when I will be able to play the game that I pay to play? Please get back to me as soon as possible.
I cant login to submit a "support ticket" it just tells me my account is suspended, and to contact Customer Service at help.elderscrollsonline.com but when I go there its just a bunch of threads to common problems.
It's below the "buy now" blue button. As well you can select "additional support options" on the right column and that leads you to a place to log in as well.
