Not exactly exploited. It was possible to "farm" alchemy survey location for better plants: visit a place, if there are 3+ Columbine then farm, otherwise leave, return, repeat.
But I wish I had! I've missed out on sooooo many exploits over the years. A 72 hour ban would have been nothing to a few stacks of gold mats and Ancestor silk. I guess cheaters DO prosper.
I am a firm believer in not exploiting online games. I believe the term thrown at me previously was "goody to shoes".

What's the fun if i use an exploit to progress geez....
I prefer the hardcore way.
If I die tomorrow I do not want to think of the game I could of played today, therefor I will play whatever I want today while securing a future to play in as well.
A true gamer will think of all the possible outcomes and execute the one that is the hardest to accomplish.
I wouldn't have done it anyway, I have no wish to help destroying the economy of my MMO of choice.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:
Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded. Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way. Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing. Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe. Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources. Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources". Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me. Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear. Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem. Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.
I wish I could've. The price to pay is so little (3 day ban) compared to the awesome benefits of it. I could've spent those 3 days playing witcher 3 and return to ESO a wealthy man

Ye.. I bet someone is going to admit it on a public forum.
Wouldn't surprise me. I've seen people come to Bethesda's forums, in the help section, and say "I got the game of the buccaneer site, and I'm having problems getting it running. Help." Or they'll say "I'm playing Skyrim/Fallout4 but I don't have Steam. How do I fix this error message?" They are on the company's own website and admit they pirated the game.
Nope, I am here to play a game not exploit or cheat, and believe cheaters should be dealt with swiftly and harshly, let the ban hammer drop, anything from one week to perma ban. Exploiting, cheating, hacking what ever the case may be hurts the population of a game, especially when it pertains to the games economy and pvp. It is a big turn off to a lot of players, when they see nothing being done, people will end up leaving the game.
