Error Code 325:6:3:960:2 "Insufficient permissions for world"

When I try to log into my character from the character selection screen, I get Error Code 325:6:3:960:2 "Insufficient permissions for world". On my character selection screen, it shows that character being in "Clean Test" zone.

I submitted a ticket and received a response for: [Incident: 150421-001031]

Hello, I'm still unable to log on to my character **** who is in Clean Test. I'm getting error code 325:6:3:960:2 in character selection screen.

I also replied to a previous ticket (mentioned below), submitted another ticket in-game from another character, I submitted another ticket from the website. It is 9:38 PM 4/21/2015 and I am awaiting a response.

Originally, I had an issue where logging into a character from the character selection screen caused my game to crash during the loading screen. My character was in Sentinel Outlaws Refuge. Sometimes the loading screen would say Sentinel Outlaws Refuge, and sometimes it would say Alik'r Desert. My game would always crash during the loading screen.

I submitted a ticket and received a response for: [Incident: 150421-000051]

I have indeed located your character there and performed a couple of actions that should have unstuck it and waiting for you in Alik'r Desert. Let us know if you are still stuck as sometimes servers has some trouble synchronizing.

I just had the exact same issue happen where logging into a character from the character selection screen caused my game to crash during the loading screen. My character was in Deeshan. My game would always crash during the loading screen.

I was able to log into the character who is in Deeshan by deleting 'MasterMerchant.lua' and its related 'MM00Data.lua' files inside the 'SavedVariables' folder found in Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\

So it's a problem with add-ons, not an uncommon problem in general it seems, it's a pity ZOS try to persuade people to use them to provide a half-decent PC-like UI to a game which out of the box is dumber than even a console/controller can handle.

My other character that was in Sentinel Outlaws Refuge is still in the Clean Test zone. When I try to log into the character from the character selection screen, I get Error Code 325:6:3:960:2 "Insufficient permissions for world". I submitted another ticket.

i know this thread is a few months old but i am also getting error 325.it happened on a new lv 8 DK alt i made earlier named Lord Valafar. my game crashed so i relogged then i got a random load screen after the load screen i was falling through the sky for about 30 seconds before i closed the game now when i try to log in it says error 325 "Insufficient permissions for world". i submitted a ticket but want to post here as well to see if it i can get a faster response.

Hi,
I AM UNABLE to log in with correct details and it wont me do so.is doesnt even come up with a log in error-just simply to click on account or exit.
after going to my account i see my status is that says suspended-what the hell.been a subscriber since beta-and now this- i have done nothing wrong and i have a guild of 500 to run that has 2 yrs in the making to where it is now.being a few hours off line can be devasting to the guild.if iam off for 24 hrs-it will wreck the guild.
all i can think of is that i have a new debit card which i have changed over but still you dont need to be a plus member still to play so that should not stop me from logging in.please help

Even tried ringing america from uk on 1-855-296-3170- but using 001 for the code but says its no longer in service.this eso number.need a email that i can report this too if there is one.already been 8 hours offline.
