Will we still be able to travel to other alliances after the removal of Veteran Ranks?

With the new Dark Brotherhood patch approaching, I've been wondering, will we still be able to travel to other alliances even after Veteran Ranks are removed? I've yet to be a veteran, and If I don't make it, I'm just worried that I won't be able to explore the other alliances without making an alt. Could someone please tell me if they will keep it so once you hit level 50 you can travel elsewhere or no? I would really like to explore the vast sceneries of Daggerfall and Aldmeri still

Yeah, you will. The Vet Zones will scale to Champion Points instead. So, Vet 1 Zones are now Champion Rank 10 Zones, and so on.

I could be wrong but I think now you can do the Silver and Gold in any order you want.

they should just make the zones open to everyone above champion/vet level together because they are ghost towns.

Well of course they will. Lopping off two thirds of the game's PvE content to players, forcing them to make alternate characters in the different Alliances just so they can experience them all would be a pretty crappy idea.

They are open, the moment you hit level 50/VR1 you can port to VR Glenumbra, Stonefalls, or Auridon and from there you can travel to the rest of the other zones. You don't have to finish Coldharbour or get Cadwell's quest.
