Crafting Bags: How will they work?

In the DB DLC, ESO subscribers will get 'crafting bags'. How, exactly, will they work? Will all crafting mats go into an account-wide bag, accessible by all 'toons, like an adjunct to the account bank or something different?

✭✭✭✭✭I will enjoy the free bank space after introduction of the crafting bag. Now there is room for armor sets for different purposes. Like when I am out exploring, I use an armor set which allows me to be more agile and more sneaky, but when I know there will be combat, I prefer something more protective. There are more than enough possibilities to use this bank space. And inventory space is always good, allow to carry more loot or stolen items, before you have to return home. Too much space is not hindering you in any way, just too less space does this.
Edit: if 8 characters have 3 such sets - 7 armor pieces, 2+1 weapons each - and 2 of them are stored in the bank each, that are 160 slots just for this - it is good to have some free bank space to be able to do that.Edited by Lysette on May 1, 2016 4:15AM1 -
