Costume Always getting removed during combat

It might be just as a healer but every time my group first enters combat my costume always gets removed and I have to reapply it. I don't like that the game is trying to take my costume off considering I payed for it in crowns.

I'm not having this problem. Which costume is affected?

EDIT: Nvm ignore this. Just realized you're on PlayStation.

Yeah It is only on PS4 and only my healer. I don't know where to report it other than here but I feel like it needs to be fixed otherwise i am not going to by another costume.

Purifiying ritual removes costumes from some templars. I have one that it happens on every time and I've reported it several times over the last year. I have a lowbie templar that I rolled just to test things, and it never removes her costumes, so I don't know. I just know it's been happening on my main since crown store costumes were released.
