Imperial city on azura's star is way overtuned

I got tired of getting 1 shotted by people with 500 champion points so I went over to azura's star to grind in peace. Now players are not a problem but the npcs seem to be balanced for a character with high champion points in mind. They hit for 1/3rd your hp without the resistances and take way too long to kill without the damage boosts. Zenimax if you are going to make a non champion point campaign then at least balance the dang npcs accordingly! No wonder the imperial city is a graveyard on azura's. Its a shame too that the city is empty considering you practically need a group to kill basic enemies in a decent amount of time. I honestly feel the npcs in here are harder then the ones in vma, so if you want challenging pve content come here!
I wrote a poem that I titled, "The ganker's delight."

Actually pvp in azura is great. If there was action there all the time that is probably where I would spend most of my time playing. I think everyone should give it a shot. I never realized just how useful all those bonus stats really were until I tried to fight down there. Tythimo✭✭I am absolutely hating Azura's Star. It might be fun for AD or premades, but for casual players on DC this server feels like a total ghost town.
I picked up the IC DLC because I thought this might be a better campaign for me to experience it with. I was completely wrong, I have never been so frustrated with a purchase and wanted my money back as much as I do now. And I would group with others but NO ONE IS PLAYING!! So now I'm stuck in an empty campaign with sewer mobs far beyond my capacity to kill, this is so stupid.
Losing $25 on this piece of crap DLC with this horrible campaign. Ready to quit.0 -

Only annoying factor is EMP seige is very strong.
The vr16 stam builds are super strong, at least what I fought against last night.

Dreyloch✭✭✭✭✭IC mobs have been re-tuned on PTS currently. With CP's in place they are a joke. Sneeze at them and they die. If it goes live to Azura's that way, it'll be perfect for the OP without CP's. Probably about as hard as they are on live now on Haderus or TF."The fear of Death, is often worse than death itself"0 -
zZzleepyhead✭✭✭With removal of veteran ranks and champion as the new post-50 i wonder how thatll play out in IC. Are mobs scaled to flat 50 or 160cp? And if so, is 160cp now equivalent to 'no cp.' I wonder how they went about working with those numbers...
They're relocating mobs because of the district capture. I imagine they wont be in every alley and around every corner after DB. Haven't made it into IC on PTS. If I can remember to, I'll check it out and post results.0 -
