This will show up like a new icon in your inventory ....
I thought I'd post a pic but it was a fail attempt so just think of a new icon like viewing the bank, and your own inventory but a third showing and account accessible.
You don't have to equip any "bag" or item that creates this bag, it's just activated with ESO plus automatically so to speak one time. After its on, it stays on always and ESO plus just determines whether you can add more to the bag but once items are in there, they stay-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

THe cap is like 42 billion.... so yeah, more than likely never going to reach. And yes, if you stop your subscription the mats are still in the bag and you can still use them. You just can't put mats into it until you sub again.#SavePlayer11 -

You can take mats out of the bag, if you are not subscribed any longer, but no longer put mats into it as long as you aren't subscribed again.0 -

per ZOS, its around 2 mil or maybe they wrote 2 bil slots total.
Yes you can use the mats if u drop the subs, you just cant add mats to that bag, they will go to inventory or bank, Guild Bank like today.-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
