Theres quite a few pvp guilds with recruitment threads. All you need to do is look through a couple. I run The Asaro. We have 170 active members in the 1st month of running. We main PvP for Ebonheart but also do cross alliance PvE and Trade. Check out our thread and a few others and you may find the guild youre looking for is right under your nose.
