install won't complete/launcher won't start

I'm hoping someone here in the community can help me as support has been not existent so far

when i install the game from disk it gets as far as 90% and the install window disappears and an icon sits in the systray and nothing else happens, if i double click on the icon, an icon appears in my taskbar, clicking that opens an incomplete launcher, background pic but no buttons

I've downloaded the client, it gets to 100% and disappears with an icon in the systray and the same systoms as above.

I've ran both the above installations as administrator from a clean boot, turning off my firewall on both zone alarm and my router and turning off Avast and selected directx and vc++

So far I've also reinstalled my graphics drivers, changed my AV from panda to Avast, changed from windows defender to zone alarm, manually installed .net framework, vc++ and directx.

I've installed the game 4 times from disk and tried to run the TESO_install file i downloaded about 20 times and every time i get the same issue, the launcher won't start fully.

titanx sli, (i've tried with one disable, no fix)

Since I logged a call with support on 09/04 i've received 1 email asking me to run the repair from the launcher which i clearly can't do which they would have known if they'd taken the time to read my problem

Hoping someone here can help!!!

    this is what you get for your money, for a game i've been unable to play this is only the 2nd response from support after the first fix was not possible in 2 1/2 weeks

    so i'm left with a game i can't play and my retailer won't refund as they have a no refund policy on pc games

    there is some info in there for things to try. if you havent looked through it already. fwiw i have gotten the incomplete launcher a couple times, my fix has always been to reinstall .net and c++, sometimes it takes more than once. sorry its not working for you.

    cheers Liv3mind for the response, your reply is more help than i've received from support in 2 1/2 weeks

    I've tried everything at this stage and even if i got it to work, support has ruined the game for me, all i can do now is take the legal route to get reimbursed

    their response above that they're too busy to look at my problem is a complete joke and they should be ashamed of themselves, i'll make it my personal goal to post on every forum i can find the way i've been treated, petty I know but what else can i do at this stage!!
