✭✭✭✭I can think of many that they can add to this game -
Vampire Personality = It changes the Sneak animation to the crawl that Bloodfiends use and alters unarmed attacks to instead be swipes, it also changes the default walk animation into a skulking like animation
Wizard Personality = It changes the default Idle animation into a floating animation1 -

On to the topic!
For vampire add a some element to their personality like when they run you will see a slight dark mist coming out of body in stealth the mist is always active.
