Aquanova✭✭✭✭✭I can't comment on pvp since I haven't got out to Cyrodiil yet on the PTS. In PVE however I had to adopt the play style i use from my Magicka dk in which I work "wings", (in this case "Ward") into my rotation, which means its on the front bar, swapping weapons is too unreliable for me.
I also find myself MUCH more mindful of my Magicka pool when in a fight then I do on live. I don't anticipate any difference when I go into pvp as I was refreshing Ward and Harness quite often ( my shields are about 10k each in Cyrodiil ) and their down usually before 6 seconds.
All things considered so far, I think the changes have more of an impact on the PVE aspect of the game than the PVP.NA/PC3 -
