Does Werewolf Ultimate Cost Reduce as it Ranks?

Does the Werewolf Ultimate cost reduce from 400 when you rank it up? I have a vampire character and noticed that ranking up my ultimate reduced the cost. Hoping the same applies for Werewolf.

Wonderful, thank you! 300 looks like a manageable albeit daunting ultimate climb. Better than 400, anyway.
I'm thinking Sorc passive for 15% less ultimate cost + Savior's Hide for 33% less ultimate cost = roughly 156 Werewolf ultimate cost.0
