So... Ive done it on my magicka templar, but now im trying to complete it on my stamina templar and its stupidtly difficult.
NPC hit like a truck, so if you dont have any source of shield stacking or annulment = its unbalanced.
Theres not even 1 NPC V16 out there that hit you for +12k per attack (and thats the most squishier of all the NPC on maelstrom that hit me with..), NPC's in wothgar dont hit that hard, MAYBE and just maybe the wolrd bosses, wich you know are GROUP bosses. NPC's in veteran dungeons dont hit that hard either.
Im not running glasscannon build, have over 20k spell and phsycal resistance.
Oh, and add the lag to the high damage output of NPC's... mhm instant death.
ZOS please rebalance it, theres a reason why Magicka NB's are and have always been first on laderboards...

Youre lucky then... Getting lag spikes like crazy. Over 500 ping some times
Yep, and im only getting this awful internet issues with ESO.
ZOS server sustain is garbage, guess we pay them to make new customes and mounts. Lame1 -

✭✭✭✭✭You need to rethink your build. That's most likely the main problem.
Stamina Templars are very, very good if built smartly. Make sure your gear is all Purple/Gold V16. Make sure you have enough Stamina recovery/Max Health/Weapon Damage. Stats in general. If you have over 400CPs, you should be fine. Have a lot of healing, make sure to dodge roll the hard hitting attacks, etc.
Lag with Maelstrom Arena can be a real issue though.0 -
AOECAPS✭✭✭✭Stamplars stam sorcs and Magic DKs have generally been the lowest pop group to complete 1 reason another.ive ran it in my stamplar with 2 blood spawn 2 kena and skoria. Prefer skoria because of the constant damage but for some rounds having that 2 PC bloodspawn bonus was wonderful just try things out until you find what you're comfortable with use find focus for the damage reduction it helps quite a bit and shuffle as well radiant ward is terrible and we don't have obsidian shield or anything helpful like that0

✭Currently if you don't have Vigour it is close to impossible to complete on a stam build as the lack of stam heals in this game is a pain (Dark Brotherhood might help with some of the changes to Bow and DW but perhaps not enough for vet MA).
If anyone has managed to complete vet MA without Alliance War skills you have my never ending respect (which is about as useful to you as a soggy sweet roll or a dried out fish stick)0 -

Devilhand✭✭✭My built dosent lack any of those, since i pvp most of the time with several toons/classes i focus on making good builds.
The only thing i could be missing is a bid of more health, but i dont think it will actually make a difference since most of the time when i die its beacuse:
1) lag spike
2) CC inmunity disent work, and extrange things happen...
3) 1 shooted by stupidly insane high damage output.
In Cyrodil i can sustain perfectly fine, Im used to 1vX having 5 or more people on me, and yet the damage maelstrom arena NPC's do its out of hand. Got hit by a Wreckling blow for 18.5k with +20k resistances...wtf
