Hey guys! Since I'm still fresh to this game. I'm wondering what are the best sets for a Nightblade healer and a Nightblade DD (I'm running both styles in one main btw)

Thanks!

    If your new a good all round build is 5 twiceborn star 3 will power jewlery 3, 3 torugs (head, shoulder,staff) untill you get a kena shoulder. Use a nirnhoned staff if you can as its gonna be an all rounder choice in the next update (sharpened will do more damage powered more healing). You will only need to change your back bar from dual weild to resto to be a good healer. All this can be bought or crafted so will suit your needs. Twice born star is a better all round choice for a new player than julianos.I feel as it gives health and stam and mundus stones can be changed to suit what your doing be it pve dd or heals or pvp.

    Search the forum and google first, there are already some nice builds shown.
    For example.

    I like nightblades most as healers rather than templars . I am mainly playing a Tank and can easily say I prefer a healer that can deal damage when it is necessary and Nightblades do that best . My suggestion would be 5 Julianos , 1 Kena , 2 Torug's Pact ( destruction , restoration ) . Also dual swords instead of resto staff for DPS . You gonna want to farm Spell Cure at some point but until then this setup works good . Since Funnel Health also heals , you don't have to spend your blue cp into Blessed . Go with Elemental Expert and you are good to go . You can heal everywhere . Only downside is you won't be able to support stamina DD with shards and Repentance . Well , at some point , every DD learns to control their resources . So you don't have to worry about it at all .

    thats what i said but i would recommend tbs over julianos for a new player as the extra health and stam is more forgiving

    @Sunburnt_Penguin I'm 48 atm :))

    @Liofa & @lathbury Wow thanks a lot for the tips. A lot to take in but I'm getting the concept behind it :)) The twice born star set will be hard though... Just checked and saw that it's in Craglorn :OOOO

    If you can craft: 5x Seducer and the rest Magnus are good starter sets for Magicka builds, but they require 3 and 5 traits researched, respectively. After that Julianos is the next craftable set you'll want for the 5 piece and combined with either of the two, depending on whether you need more damage or recovery.

    If you can't craft: either check out the dropped sets online and buy via traders or go to the relevant crafting station with all the materials required and ask people. IME, most are happy to help.

    Don't worry about other sets just yet, just play the game and level up. Check out Tamriel Foundry for builds, they're explained well and should offer you some insight in to skills and rotations.
