I found this woman and I had the option to pay her 23 gold or choose the option with something like "I don't understand". And I chose this option "I do not understand" and I earned 43 xp. Now I'm little bit worried to having lost something important like 1 point skill or even an achievement that I can not get anymore. Anyone know if I lost something? and If can I find this woman again to give her money?

✭No you are fine. Whatever option you choose you only receive the lil bit of xp.
