IT IS THE COMING OF STAMINA SHIELDSTACKING!!!
The Dawnbreaker change makes sense though, most of the FG line has been stam/physical based and it never made sense its ultimate was a magicka based superweapon

The negate change could be a dark horse. I wonder if pre-popped immovability pots will have silence immunity, one of the first things I'll want to test. We may be seeing a return of the negate meta of 1.3 (think it was that patch?).

I shall again reclaim my mantle as Negate 1. I missed being negate 1. It felt so right.
Not sure if Absorption or Suppression yet tho. Natural tendency will be for moar damage because ya know, kill all the things, but ive been an offhealer for so long mehhhh
dmg morph of Negate is 2533 Magic dmg every .5 sec. That's with 100 in Elemental Expert, 48k magicka, 3k spell dmg, not bad but not great either.
I've always felt we needed it, but now probably moreso than ever - indicators for enemy vs. friendly negates. If the only counter to negate is to move out of it, you need to be able to instantaneously tell if it's a bad or good negate, not checking your bars and wondering if it's one of the many bugs that lock skills, the bombard bug, lag, or an actual negate that's stopping skills from firing. TTK is too low for it to be anything other than an obvious visual. The invisible negates that don't show up in lag will also become very, very interesting in Cyrodiil

Enemy negates have red circles at the bottom, but its unreliable as hell. Negate is probably the least lag resistant of all skills, it often doesnt even show

Stack shields all day and deal 2k dps, Im already scared..
And good luck during prime time, maybe you can squeeze in a curse between swapping bars and casting shields.

When you get focused as hard as I do, you already have figured out how to weave in shields between damage output
Example - curse, LA, hardened ward (procs frag), frag, healing ward Overloard, Overload LA, hardened ward, curse, frag, hardened ward, Overload overload overload overload moar shields. its pretty damn simple if youre not just mashing 1 button,
