Ornate and intricate traits Xbox one HELP PLEASE

I went to a guild trader to look for nirhoned items and noticed you could also search for items with intricate and ornate trait. I can't see any crafting crafting I.e blacksmith ing, woodworking, clothier that uses these traits. Can anyone help please where or how can I unlock these traits and what do they add

They have been in game forever, I dont think anything else is going to happen with them. You are overthinking it. They are useful in their own way. Ornate pieces fetch a lot more from a vendor (gold), and intricate pieces help you level crafting faster (XP). Both also seem to drop more v16 mats when you decon them.0
