1,000,000 million gold is a lot and there is a long way to go.

Have you guys found any good spots to thief and steal? I.e. a place with a lot of NPC's to pickpocket - preferrably medium or hard.

Hope this guide helps your thieving:

"hard mark" means a hard difficulty pickpocketing target
"safe passage" is an outlaw refuge entrance

forget pickpocketing.

steal and loot.

find a place with containers, clean house, log out, log in, rinse repeat.

and if there's NPC, if u dont mind bounty, pickpocket them THEN kill them and loot again. them NPCs got 2 pockets..

in fact, if you don't mind bounty at all,

go to a lower level NPC ARMY ENCAMPMENT, like im VR14, go to VR5 AD zone, there's a couple elf army camps where all soldiers are lootable? Just KILL THEM ALL.

problem is, of course, u gotta be careful going to fence it incase u got jumped by a guard.

but essentially, if u max out your thief skill tree, u can fence (i think?) 150 per day. This is your biggest problem. If u can loot 150 x250 blue items (if u have green/white just destroy it, log out, log back in, etc.), then its 37.5k per day.

Spend the rest of your day killing low level dwemer dungeon. i like ones with imperials in them, their armor/weapon is lootable and dwemer bots drops great loots too. Sell it (if u got bounty, sell them to merchant in thief safezone), rinse repeat.

if u get a bonus of rare motif, sometimes they sell 5k - 30k, so it's not impossible to get 100k per day.

LETS say your average is 50k a day (one must eat and sleep), then u'll get to a million in 20 days. Plus weekends or what not, let's say maybe a month.

If your brain is numb with pve, join a raid in pvp and start collecting those AP. People now buy AP becoz the pvp-centric armos can be bought with AP only but they can be trade-able. People pay 1:3 to 1:5 ratio (1 gold for 3AP/5AP), so a 30k AP armor piece u can sell for 5 - 10k. And playing in a busy server u can get 30k in a couple of hours.

Ok i'm done. And no, i personally have only 2-3hr per night to play, so i never reached 1 million. i'm happy if i can reach 100k lol....

If anyone has found a decent way to do this other than simply pickpocketing over and over let me know in game @jacksoncarter13 because this is just ridiculous.

This isn't possible because that would require you to sell the motif via a trader and it wouldn't count towards the fence sell. Yea you gain gold out of it, but it has nothing to do with the achievement...

Though, you are right. Only fencing counts towards the achievement.

And let me just say: You will average around 18k per day selling only greens and blues.
