Telvar stones from ic, the are bind on equip i believe though, the build looks pretty nice. 2 questions though, why use inner beast if you have pierce for taunt? Which leads to my next question about how is your survivability without rally? I figure you could throw tornado on dw for more dps or put siphoning on dw bar and defensive posture on snb bar for more tankiness. Unless it has a purpose i dont see either of those could help if you replaced

I would say so he has a ranged taunt on at least one bar (cos NB and no chains) and as a stam tank vigor is all that is required for his heals, this is a pretty cool out of the box thinking tank build and paired with a spell power cure geared up buff healer the dps would be in heaven.
The sad part about powerful assault is that the 5th bonus wep dmg procc cant be refreshed. It has to expire for you to be able to reapply it.

I prefer to just post the initial concept so people can go and make the build their own if they so chose, and there's still much work to be done testing different skills / gear sets / attributes and CP's. Here's a rundown of what I'm up to so far (and apologies for the rough display as I'm a luddite):
Primary Tank Bar
Secondary Buff / Execute Bar
Ultimate
Gear Sets
Primarily the build revolves around keeping the Powerful Assault set proc'd at all times to increase the whole groups dps and heals, and building Ultimate to cast Aggressive Horn as many times as possible during an engagement. This is usually done by using Caltrops at the beginning of a fight and then casting Vigor every 15 seconds to keep it active. Ultimate is gained by using Heroic Slash every 9 seconds and Siphoning Attacks every 4 seconds (passive) along with the Blood Spawn set when it proc's (also boosting my resistances to 32K). Also I have to cast Surprise Attack every 5 seconds to gain the armor and spell resistance bonus (passive), Relentless Focus every 20 seconds and Mirage every 26 seconds for their buffs. Aggressive Horn (which also proc's Powerful Assault) is used once everyone is in combat and then again at the execute phase when I swing bars and use my own Killers Blade with a decent amount of Weapon Damage and Critical rating for a tank, for some really quick execute phases.
Tanking and resource management are ridiculously easy with the 5% cost reduction from the Marksman set, Siphoning Attacks, 1x block cost reduction Jewellery glyph, Cp's in cost reduction and a high Stamina regeneration. Click on the ability images to see some really low costs but pretty decent damage numbers. I'm having huge amounts of fun with this build as it's something a little different from my usual tank builds and my fellow group members are loving the buffs that I've been giving them (which works out to over 200 weapon / spell damage with their own buffs)
At the moment I'm working on getting a Roar of Alkosh set together to replace the Marksman to test how that can improve my groups dps, and I think it'll compliment the build well, so fingers crossed the last piece drops soon! Hope you like and have fun with it too if you decide to make your own version!

Awesome looking build!
Hòw do you get your max stam and max health that high?
What mundus and food are you using?
What jewelery are you wearing and what glyphs did you put on them?
I'm really impressed a tank can have that much weapon damage and max stam

Ahhh. Down to the nitty gritty. Well the stats you see there are with all my buffs running, including Warhorn (which is up for the first 30 seconds of a fight and then again during execute). With no buffs except food my stats are Magicka: 10701 Health: 26214 Stamina: 30346, so still pretty good.
I've still got all 64 points into stamina so I can swing back to dps quite easily, so all my armor has health enchants on it except my shield which has a stamina enchant. The Marksman jewellery is all Robust. I'm using the Lord mundus which grants max Health bonus. Also there is 1 each of health and stamina bonuses on the Assault set. Other contributing factors would be that I'm at CP cap and that my Undaunted passive Undaunted Mettle gives me +6% bonus to all stats with the 3 diff types of armor (light helm / heavy shoulders Bloodspawn).
The reason I'm quite fond of the Marksman set is the double stam regen. Along with the stam regen from Bloodspawn I can then devote my Jewellery Glyphs on the Marksman stuff to be 1x block cost reduce and 2x weapon damage glyphs and my food is Braised Rabbit and Vegetables max stamina and health instead of regen drinks. When I switch to Roar of Alkosh gear I'll probably have to change 1 or both Glyphs to stam regen, but hopefully the overall dps of the group should increase.
The weapon damage comes from the 2 Jewellery Glyphs, the 5 piece Medium Armor passive (+12%), and the set bonuses from Marksman and Powerful Assault. It's interesting to note that the 5 piece bonus on the Assault gear actually works out to be an extra 224 weapon damage once my other buffs are applied to it. Lastly I should point out that I use Weapon Power potions, which increase my weapon damage by 20% and my weapon critical rating, as well as the stam regain and regen.
Hmmm. I think that's it. I'll edit it if I find any other hidden things I've got going on that I've forgotten. Thanks very much for your interest and hope I've answered your questions. Any more just fire away!

Thx dude!
Using the marksman set in this way definitely opens up many potential builds I'd like to try. It's a lot better than the endurance set due to the double stam regen.
Btw, have you tanked trials with this medium armour build?

How did you get 2k regen?
I bought 4 pieces of marksman and have 1 piece bloodspawn and my regen is 1760 or something like that. I'm also a woodelf. Did you drink a potion before the screenshot?
