✭✭I would assume they have accounts and access to anything on console and PC but wont appear unless there is a major issue. Apparently those the only times they showed up on PC, when something was broken or when there was a botting issue.1 -
Oh_Skrivva✭✭✭I was saved by a gm a week after TG update where I was stuck in a location I could not port from due to enemy aggro on me and couldn't die cause enemies attacks couldn't hit me. I submitted ticket and in a minute a gm popped up and moved my character through the invisible obstruction.Costco member

Back when the game was launched and in the period that followed they were very active and you could "summon" one of them to have him deal with bots. This particular one was "summoned" by messaging @AntiBoty and I had him show up once to banhammer a 15man bot train in Coldharbour. He appeared as a blue see-through robed man. That's the only time I have ever seen one though and it's nearly 2 years ago now.0 -

✭✭If you have an issue that needs a GM to resolve it and sort of hit them with a "can you appear in the game world? That would be so cool" you have a chance at an appearance ;p
They can also teleport you around for amusement.1 -

✭If you want to get a GM to appear you need to get a group of 12-24 players together go to a highly populated city and go near the guild traders or Undaunted area and Spamming AOE for like 5-10 minutes then a game master will come.
This is the most important part you most record it or it didn't happen.1 -
