ESO plus cancelled outta nowhere!

Last night while playing in Hew's bane my game crashed, upon logging back in I noticed I was sent to Grahtwood and was no longer an ESO plus member. I did not cancel my subscription, is this a known issue or more of an 'L2P' issue?

Might be wrong but xbox been having problems and eso too, so if you managed to connect it may temporarily not give you access to your sub benefits. It's happened to me before.

I was kicked from the game about 12 hours ago and lost ESO plus, it also has registered as 'cancelled' on my Microsoft account but it wasn't cancelled by me. I just don't want to sign up for ESO plus all over again only for it to be resolved later, if you know what I mean.

Yea if I was you I'd get in touch with them. When it happened to me I had access to normal game but not wrothgar etc. Then a few hours later it fixed itself.

This article on our from our support portal should help, there is a known issue on the Xbox One and for most players it's resolved by simply restarting the console.

Personally I would cancel ESO plus. The game is broken and ZOS aren't fixing it or even replying to posts outlining the issues.. I'm not paying for them to do sweet F.A anymore and won't until ZOS pull their finger out/ show an actual interest in the requests of existing members.
