Like i mentioned on the title, i want to play eso. But i have ZOTAC Geforce 210 graphics card which does not support directx11. (supports up to 10.1)
i tried the mention with "dxcpl" but it still gives me the same "Graphics card is not supported" error. Any way to start the game like this?
I am going to buy a gaming pc this summer but i cant buy any computer parts in the moment.
My system:

Intel Core2 Duo E7500 2.93 GHz
4gb DDR3 ram
2x350gb hdd

✭I'm afraid it's literally impossible if your graphics card does not support dx11.

✭It's almost summer, just wait a month or two. Save up money to get a really good PC then you won't have to make these kind of threads anymore
