Elder Scrolls 6 (most likely)

I know this is ESO forum rooms but I was others view on what the new elder scrolls could well be.

I personally think it will be set Akivar with the monkey people, tiger dragon, snow demons and serpent people. As this is an area where they haven't explored yet and very little lore surrounding the all the races it could be the possibility for a brilliant elder scrolls.
They could include new features in the form:
- New areas
- New weapon types (Fighting staffs)
- New skill lines (Climbing and magic lines)
- Expanded lore around the new races
- Two modes of campaign depending on race picked (More detail later on)

They would also have a lot of free rein around the lore with the small amount there is currently is, they could create a wide experience in the new lore for the fans that are into the lore and the standard player that just enjoy elder scrolls. They would get a lot of free rein regarding area and building designs more it more vibrant and diverse in the architecture of the cities and natural landscapes.
The two modes they could incorporate which I think would improve the game massively would on depending on your characters race on the main campaign the mission and objects of your campaign, like in ESO where depending on what pact you pick depends where you start of and who your enemy are.
For example:
If your a snow demon your at war with the monkey people trying to invade and if your a monkey then your more focused on defending your homeland.
I think this could create a more in-depth game giving different sides of a conflict.
The other mode where you pick your own race and campaign you wish to play regardless or a generic campaign if you want to be a snow demon with a monkey allies then you can if want.

If they wanted to incorporate the traditional elder scroll races they could use the existing lore and create a story around a renegade army wanting to invade Akivar or slavery. This could happen to keep most fans happy they can still still play as a nord or elf.

This is something I would personally like to see but what are others views or theory's on the next elder scrolls will entail??

First of all, it is called Akavir, not Akivar
There was never any skill lines in any single player Elder Scrolls games and there will never be.
I stopped reading at that point.

Going off what they've done in the past it'll be more than likely Summerset Isles or Elsewyr.

Regardless, this will be closed since it has nothing to do with ESO. They already closed down the Legendary card game thread.

I just want to add, it doesn't sound like you've ever played the actual TES games. ESO, though a good game in it's own right, is not a true TES game. The way things are set up in this game isn't even close to how things are set up in the original games.

Also.... you start as a prisoner.... always have..... can't imagine them ever changing that.

I always thought it would be neat to have the Dwemer return, and be really pissed off. The main quest would involve dealing with them. Multiple endings: defeat them, find peace, send them away again, etc.

I would not be opposed to the PvE combat style of ESO being translated over to the single player game. Crafting is a mixed bag. Some is better in ESO (weapons and armor, food) and some is still better in the main series (enchanting, potions).

I like to see Oblivion's spellmaking/enchanting combo return. You could create neat spells with multiple effects, and use just about any spell as an enchanting effect. I had a bow that would damage health, damage magika and make the evemy glow in the dark. You could put shield spells on ordinary clothing.

I don't have any theories since I bet they're already working on it while we're discussing. We'll see where it takes place (or if it includes new races, f.e.) :)
    (Btw, it's "Akavir" ;))

According to some of the contradicting ES lore, it was a possibility that the dwemer reconstructed themselves to machines to achieve immortality. Who knows, maybe you have been already fighting them in the ruins. :p

I never thought about the dwemer, but that would be awesome.
