Thieves guild assistant - which quests?

According to
the main quest line ends with prison break. I just finished this one and have not unlocked the assistant with a tg level of 8. Do I need to complete all side quests too or am I missing something else?

Tommy1979AtWar✭✭✭✭Get your TG skill line up to 10 and you'll get the final quest from Zeira 'The One That Got Away'

Serenityx✭✭✭Which quest? I checked my achievement log and have the "broken wheel" achievement which means I have completed all main story quests. The assistant description only says "Thieves Guild Quest line". I'll try and figure out which side quests (not including dailys I don't think those matter as far as the assistant goes) I haven't done. But if anyone knows for sure when they were able to unlock assistant please let me know and thank you0

Serenityx✭✭✭Ah okay, thank you! That quest wasn't listed under the main quest line in the wiki I was reading.0
