Has anyone else experienced the wrong ultimate firing?

It maybe just me, but sometimes when I am on my meteor bar and activate my ultimate it fires my bat swarm from the other bar. I fix the problem by re-selecting meteor from the skills menu. But the problem still returns in time. It started with the latest patch.

✭✭✭✭✭Haven't seen that one but i frequently lose my ultimate. Drains the ultimate points but nothing ever happens.
