Console quick access bar help

Ok, I cannot figure out how to assign stuff on the second quick access bar on the pad lol. I can only get the option to assign pots etc... to the main bar, but when I hold the left d pad, it opens a second quick access slot, but I see no option to assign stuff to that bar.

I can assign stuff to the quick bar on the up d-pad, but I can't assign stuff on the left d-pad0 -

Oh sorry I ment right d-pad lol, ok I thought the right dpad was a secondary quick bar, but it's for emotes which makes sense now lol, thanks0
