Because people like you that whine to zos like little kiddies whine to their parents. Funny thing is tho zos actually listens to people like you and now most of this game is cut down/nerfed and full of "elitists" do you even know what an elitist is? lets be fair though. i don't fish aswell and sure i would like the dye. BUT i'm to lazy to go fish so i won't get the dye. this is fine if you want something nice you have to work for it. otherwise what is the point to have special unlockables?

In all seriousness I do like OPs underlying point. Zeni has no vision for the future outside of catering to the loudest whiners who demand the game is made as easy as possible. Why bother spending time working for something when you can petition for the bar to be lowered to suit your casual play style. Everyone gets a trophy!

Are you sure? I mean, if somebody is too lazy to learn/wipe in dungeons - they get nerfed. Why not nerf fishing for those who're lazy to fish?

Working on the master angler title atm and it is a huge PITA. Would also like the dye you get from being emperor, but I don't PVP. In your opinion, that should be available to all as well?! [snip]

Yes yes, of course. The emperor dye and title, also every single dungeon achievement and set

Hint - this is related to ZOS' decision to nerf COA, WGT and ICP more than it is related to fishing.

seems my fishing thread has been sunk

with not a single response from zos guess they are happy with the fact that only a small portion of the player base can access these dyes and achievements maybe its intended to be a roadblock.
