Transmutation pvp Templar healer help

Hey y'all. I'm looking into this set for healing my pvp group and was wondering if anyone has some insight on it.
I'm thinking julianos 5 piece and 5 transmutation using jewellery/shield.
What would be the best way to fit in a monster set, how about willpower?
Id think spell damage enchants would be needed right?
Overall how do you think this compares to other builds?

✭✭I run 4 pieces on one of my nightblades with a 4 piece you can use the jewelry and a destro/restro of transmutation then 5 pieces of Julianos armor and whatever monster set you want. If you must have Nirn weapons then you can make your weapons Julianos and get an armor piece of transmutation. Only way to run 5 + 5 and have 2 monster pieces is with sword and shield or dual wield, but you could do 5 + 5 +1 (molag kena) with staves.

Reevster✭✭✭✭✭I run 5 seducer and 5 trans... Torug sword and board and restro staff.... Super magica battery, can stand there all day and heal , never run out of magica... and fire off javelins, oh can I fire off javelins lol1 -

Yes, I use it on AZ as well. The difference between my CP build and non-CP build is that I use all regen enchants on my jewelry for AZ, and all spell damage on my rings for CP campaign.Unfortunate magicka warden main.

✭Would using 2 different monster sets be better than meph? I don't have kena and won't try to get it any time soon as pvp is so much more fun to me than fighting predictable mechanics.0
